Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Hell's Diner The Solo Feast app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Eary (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

2. Rights of the Service Provider

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time, with clear notice provided to users if any fees are introduced.

3. Privacy & Security

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver the service. You are responsible for keeping your device and access secure.
Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged, as it can compromise security and may cause the Application to malfunction.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services, each with their own Terms & Conditions:

  • Google Play Services

  • AdMob

  • Unity

The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

5. User Responsibility & Liability Limitations

  • Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function properly due to connectivity issues or data limitations.

  • If you use the Application outside of Wi-Fi, mobile carrier data charges may apply. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming charges.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged. The Service Provider is not liable if you cannot access the Application due to a dead battery.

6. Refund Policy

  • All in-app purchases follow the Google Play Store and Apple App Store refund policies.

  • The Service Provider does not issue refunds directly. Any refund requests must be handled through the respective app store platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

While the Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is accurate and up-to-date, they rely on third-party data sources. The Service Provider is not responsible for direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on the Application’s functions.

8. Updates & Service Termination

The Application may require updates to continue functioning. By using the Application, you agree to accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider reserves the right to stop providing the Application and terminate its use at any time. Upon termination:

  • All rights and licenses granted to you will end.

  • You must stop using and delete the Application from your device.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

  • Any disputes arising from or related to the Application shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically for changes. Updates will be posted here and continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
